I've been a member of Weight Watchers® for about 10 years. I'm not perfect, and they don't expect me to be. One thing that really stuck with me when I first joined Weight Watchers is that it is a lifestyle change, not a diet. The Weight Watchers approach encourages you to wake up everyday and make good choices for your health. If you do that, you'll never have to diet a day in your life.
More importantly, you'll never have to feel like you're dieting or deprived.

My biggest obstacle is hunger pain, I need something I can grab and eat at a moment's notice. If I have a plan for lunch, dinner and snacks, I won't deviate. I've started to take greek yogurt and fruit (apple, orange, peach or plum) with me to work, because I struggle in the morning hours. If I have something on hand to eat, I won't raid work's vending machine.
I found this awesome recipe for granola bites on Pinterest the other day, and I knew they would be perfect to always have available in the freezer. Granola isn't my favorite, so I decided to use a few of the different Weight Watchers cereals I found at Walmart the other day instead. I picked up the Oat Clusters with Cherries & Almonds, the Oat Clusters with Almonds and the Whole Grain Honey Nut Toasted Oats.
These Weight Watchers Cereal Yogurt Bites are a fantastic breakfast or snack idea, because they are only ONE POINT for 2 bites!!! Trust me, they are just as delicious as they are pretty. Instagram is calling your name on these bad boys, ahem.
