These Streets Will Make You Feel Brand New // Win with HpnotiqSparkleLouder //

New Years Eve is one of my favorite holidays. I have so many wonderful memories from NYE and they all contain sparkles, dripping-in-glam outfits, a boy to kiss at midnight, noise makers and fancy cocktails with girlfriends. Each year seems to bring more glitter, more glitz and more glam. My ultimate idea of a glamorous New Years Eve would be to ring in the new year in NYC

This year, with Hpnotiq’s SparkleLouder contest which runs from November 4 through December 8, 2013, you have a chance to win a NYE trip to New York City

Hpnotiq challenges you to upload a pic here showing how you plan to Sparkle Louder on New Year’s Eve, whether it’s a picture of you in a glam outfit, with your girlfriends or a selfie. Then use Hpnotiq’s “SparkleLouder” app to make your photo shine by adding sparkles, like I did in my picture below from one of my favorite NYE ever! Then share your picture using the hashtag #SparkleLouder .

Every entry gives you more weekly chances to win one of 20 EFFY Diamond & Blue Topaz Rings Sweepstakes Prizes, there are four each week! But get this, the entry that Sparkles the Loudest will win the Grand Prize: A New Year’ s Eve trip for you and three girlfriends to New York City for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the ball drop in Times Square!

Now let's talk about what I would wear if I won. See, I have this little dress I found in a Virginia Beach thrift store last summer.

I did not say from a VA Beach high-end consignment shop...
No, I said from a thrift store called Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters Thrift Store.

The tag said $8, plus all "summer" dresses were an additional 50% off. This was not even remotely a summer dress. It was a shiny beacon of glittery, sequin-y, BCBG joy calling my name. Meet my BCBG super sexy NYE 2014 dress that I purchased for $4!

Here are my NYE essentials that I can guarantee will make you Sparkle Louder!

What makes you feel sexy and sparkle louder on New Year's Eve?
