May marks our 3 year anniversary. Although we met at the end of May, I tend to honor the whole month. May in our house is the month of love! If you need to catch up on how we met, read HERE. I recently heard about the Kellogg's Eggo Waffle Truck that is moving around the country (200+ times in 100 days!) and felt inspired to do something similar for our anniversary. I'm excited to see it in person tomorrow here in Texas, but be sure to click here to see when they'll be coming to a Walmart near you!
CB loves breakfast foods, so I wanted to make him a romantic waffle bar to celebrate the arrival of one of my favorite months. He was working late, so I had it all setup for him when he got home! We have an understanding in our house, whoever cooks, the other person cleans. BUTTTT, since I was trying to make this night romantic, I even cleaned everything up. Best fiancé alert!!

How to build a Romantic Waffle Bar
Ingredients - Waffle Bar for Two
4 Kellog's Eggo Homestyle Waffles
4 Kellog's Eggo Chocolatey Chip Waffles
1/4 cup Hungry Jack® Original Syrup
1/4 cup M&M’S® Minis Milk Chocolate Candies
1/2 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
4 tbsp Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
4 tbsp Smucker’s Hot Fudge Spoonable Ice Cream Topping
2 Ice Cream Cones (although I left a couple of extras out just in case!)
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1/4 cup Hungry Jack® Original Syrup
1/4 cup M&M’S® Minis Milk Chocolate Candies
1/2 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
4 tbsp Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping
4 tbsp Smucker’s Hot Fudge Spoonable Ice Cream Topping

I sprinkled rose petals all across the table for a bit of ambiance, and had all of the ingredients listed above in ramequins for easy serving.
It took absolutely no time to put together, but was so fun to eat and enjoy. I left out two plates filled with a couple of Eggo Homestyle Waffles and a couple of Eggo Chocolatey Chip Waffles. We then proceeded to each build VERY different waffles.

We had so much fun watching a movie and snuggling up while we ate breakfast for dinner.
