One thing I love about the holidays, is that New Year's Eve is around the corner! This year, I'd love to be in NYC to see the ball drop, but to get in the holiday spirit Helene and I decided to get together (along with our friends from Hpnotiq) and create some cocktails. In fact, we decided to have some fun (or a lot of fun) and we made four specialty cocktails.
My two favorites were The Gin Blossom and Sprinkle-tini.
If you don't know, I have a weakness for Gin, so this cocktail was right up my alley.
The Recipe:
- 2 oz. Hpnotiq
- 2 oz. Premium Gin
- Splash of Lemon Juice
- Splash of Champagne
What You Do:
Mix Hpnotiq, Premium Gin and Lemon Juice in a shaker over ice and pour into a martini glass. Then add a splash of champagne.

The Sprinkle-tini doesn't need much of introduction since it has sprinkles. This drink is perfect for New Year's or any celebration and will wow any guest.
The Recipe:
- 2 oz. Hpnotiq
- 1 oz. Cake Vodka
- Top with Champagne
What You Do:
Shake and serve in a martini glass rimmed with colored sprinkles.
